Re: POLOGNE

Re: POLOGNE

Hello,

Welcome in this french street lighting forum. Your post in understandable no problem !
We use to talk with people who are not French (come from NL, UK, Germany...), you can try in english if it is more simple for you.

I have never seen any ELGO / MESKO / POLAM lantern in France, but a lot of SCHREDER Onyx (in my street for example) and PHILIPS lanterns.
SCHREDER Onyx 2 in Poland are a little bit different than ours, which have only one little clip on the left side.

A list of lanterns which exists in Poland and in France

# DISANO Brallo
# FAEBER Kappa 2
# GEWISS Indy 1
# INDAL / INDUSTRIA SRL8 (GEC Z8830)
# PHILIPS HGS 201
# PHILIPS Iridium
# PHILIPS Malaga
# PHILIPS Marbella (French name of SGS 203 / 204 series)
# PHILIPS Massilia (French name of Traffic Vision series)
# PHILIPS SRS 201
# PHILIPS Selenium
# SCHREDER Albany
# SCHREDER Onyx 2
# SCHREDER Sintra
# SCHREDER Supersaturne
# SCHREDER Thylia
# SCHREDER Z2
# SIEMENS / SITECO ALH-511
# THORN EUROPHANE Pilote

You maybe have some others SCHREDER lanterns (Saphir, MC, etc...) and THORN lanterns (Riviera, Civic, Oracle, Lemnis, etc...) ?

I was surprised to see that HGS 201 exisits in Poland, I believed before that there was not any chance to find "west european" lantern in eastern europe before 1990 (iron curtain destruction).

Re: POLOGNE

Very nice pictures! Poland is very interesting for street lightings!
I was desperatly searching for the name of the AEC Illuminazione LAMPARA LL40, so thanks to you I know it now.
Great colors for the Siteco SL.

I tried to make a list with all the old lanterns we can find in the countries of Eastern Europe.

Re: POLOGNE

Hi, welcome on this forum. Happy to speak with other people who have interest on street lighting. smile Thank you for all of these pictures.

This is a PHILIPS lantern, LENA seems to commercialize PHILIPS and other products from other firms.
Which PHILIPS products are made in Poland? SGS203, Malaga, Selenium and what else?

So, if I good understand, in Poland, current and newest lanterns come from PHILIPS and SCHREDER. I'm right?

Re: POLOGNE

I like a lot your picture of ELGO Luna on the bridge! Phozagora, if you want to add this one, it will be difficult to find a better picture...

On the one hand, the Schreder AMBAR and IPSO are nice too, but these products don't exist in France, unfortunately. On the other hand, I find that Disano BRALLO and Philips MALAGA have a really bad design.

I would say PHILIPS HGS (very very surprising), Iridium, Marbella 11 (SGS 204), Massilia (sure 100%).

Re: POLOGNE

PHILIPS CityVision seems to be still produced for the Eastern Europe.

LUG - LugSan 3

These are produced by CEMDA?, a Turkish street lighting manufacturer. It's the Bosphorus model.

I really like the SCHREDER Evolo.

Thanks for these pictures. wink

Re: POLOGNE

La photo de L'Evolo de profil est excellente! Merci
A noter que j'en ai vues à Rome il y a un mois, pour la première fois de ma vie. Belle lanterne en tout cas.

Re: POLOGNE

Thank you ! I don't think that SCHREDER Evolo is sold in France. I have never seen any one of them.

Re: POLOGNE

Still very nice !!!
I didn't know LUXMAT. The lantern on the left looks like a GENERAL ELECTRIC M-250-A2

There are not any SCHREDER Ambar in France too.
Question, do you have some MAZDA and ECLATEC lanterns in Poland ?
